Wayne embarked on his career as a mechanical apprentice, building his on-site expertise through contracts and project manager roles. He demonstrates a keen sense for balancing operational requirements and practical solutions with meeting clients’ commercial interests.
Aside from his solid engineering skillset, Wayne’s strength is his professionalism and engaging interactions with clients. He prides himself on transparent communication and identifying value-added and sustainable engineering solutions.
