We have been given consent to do so. This consent will be given in the form of a positive ‘opt in’ from the data subject. Retaining Information

We will hold data on individuals until we are directed otherwise by the Data Subject (customer or potential customer), however in some cases this may not be possible due to legal reasons or tax purposes. A link will be provided in each email we send, giving our subscribers the option to unsubscribe. Once an unsubscribe request has been received, the Data Subjects details will remain on our system for up to 14 days to allow us to run analytics or reporting. After this time, the Data Subject’s details will be deleted completely from our database.
